Alumni Weekend 2011!

Brothers, The preliminary schedule for Alumni Weekend has been announced!  It should be an action-packed weekend and will surely go down as one of our best weekends in recent memory.

First, it will be held from April 29 through May 1 in Troy.  We have a block of rooms available at the almost-brand new Hilton Garden Inn on Hoosick Street, conveniently located across the street from Hoosick Street Beverage.

Our group rate is $99/night. Please use the guest code ZPDS when making your reservation. We may be able to reserve more rooms if our block sells out, so let Frank Harrington know if you cannot reserve a room for that rate.

The schedule is as follows:

FRIDAY 3:00 PM: Golf Outing (9 holes) at Brunswick Greens (weather permitting).  Contact Joe Novek to reserve a spot. 5:00 PM: Join your brothers for a bite to eat and some drinks at the Recovery Room, located at the Hilton Garden Inn. No reservations necessary. 9:00 PM - AW Kickoff at the house.

SATURDAY 10:00 AM - Annual Membership Meeting at the house, followed by the Board of Directors meeting. 12:00 PM - BBQ at the house, catered by Master Chefs Sohail Syed and Michael Cipollone. 3:00 PM - Elders vs. Actives Soccer Game (rain or shine) at Lower Renwyck Field. 5:00 PM - Cash Bar and Cocktail Hour at the Hilton Garden Inn. 6:45 PM - Banquet at the Hilton Garden Inn.

November Financial Reports Now Posted

Brothers, A slew of financial reports can now be found online, including November financials, Q2 financials, and the first half of the fiscal year financials.

Note that "Pi Chapter Actives" reports refer to the amount of money owed by the elders to the actives at specific points in time. In addition, please note that some names in the accounts receivable have been redacted due to privacy - these are donations made by elders, which are typically held in confidence.

Directors can click here to view the reports.

Direct any questions to Michael Bruce '08 or James Ljunglin '57.

Michael Bruce
